If some of these pictures are real, Then it means that aliens look roughly like us... a nose, 2 eyes, a mouth, a neck, 2 arms and 2 legs. To think that this is just a coincidence would be insane. So IMO, if aliens really look like this, we have been engineered by them. Maybe they are trying to expand and are genetically modifying themselves so they can conquer new habitats (like earth in this case).
